A full rewrite, not a tidy-up. Your career restructured so responsibility, scale and evidence come first; achievements quantified where the facts allow; certifications and competencies stated the way an assessor or hiring manager expects to see them. Clean structure that applicant tracking systems can actually read. Delivered in Word and PDF, so you can edit it yourself for ever afterwards.

LinkedIn Rebuild

The headline, the About section and the experience entries rewritten to match the CV and to be found by the people searching for your skills. Recruiters search LinkedIn with the same terminology that appears in job specifications — if your profile does not use it, you are invisible to them regardless of how good you are.

Both together

The sensible option, and the one most people take. A CV and a profile that say the same thing in the same voice, so nothing contradicts and nothing is left out. Priced as one job rather than two.

How it works

1. Send your CV. Whatever state it is in. Tell me roughly what you are aiming at.
2. I read it and quote. A fixed price and a turnaround, in writing, before anything is charged. If I do not think I can improve it enough to be worth your money, I will say so.
3. I write it. I will come back with questions — usually about scale, standards and outcomes, because that is the detail that gets left out.
4. You review it. One round of revisions is included as standard.
